Eid al-Ghadeer Ceremony Held in Tehran
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Millions of Shiite Muslims took part in a grand ceremony along a route extending for 10 kilometers in Tehran on Tuesday, June 25, to celebrate the Eid al-Ghadeer, which marks the appointment of Imam Ali (AS) by Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) as his successor.
