Festive Musical Event Celebrates Birth Anniversary of Prophet Muhammad in Iran
MARIVAN (Tasnim) – A ceremony was held near Zrebar Lake in Marivan at Iran’s western province of Kurdistan to celebrate the birth anniversary of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). A large ensemble of local artists played Daf, a frame drum instrument used in popular and classical music in Iran.
