Russia-N Korea Treaty to Take Effect after Exchange of Ratification Documents: MFA
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – The Treaty on Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between Moscow and Pyongyang will take effect once the parties exchange ratifications, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said in a statement.
