Russia Praises Resolution at UNSC as ‘Starting Point’ for Ukrainian Settlement: Envoy
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Russia views the resolution on the conflict in Ukraine adopted by the UN Security Council as a starting point for further efforts to peacefully settle the crisis, the country's Permanent Representative to the United Nations Vasily Nebenzya said.
